Harry Percival or D. L. Percival is an architect about whom little is known. The RIBA Directory of British Architects notes only that he was active as an architect between 1885 and 1910. Other sources indicate that he was previously employed as Surveyor of Theatres and Music Halls, London County Council. With one exception, his known architectural commissions are exclusively for Music Halls.
