                    Warehouse built between 1913 and 1917, but with most activity between 1913 and 1914, as a drapery warehouse for the Co-operative Wholesale Society. A Classical style building built of red brick with stone details. The building is of six storeys, with a basement, and has elevations of four, seven and four bays, separated by canted corners, to Federation Street, Balloon Street, and Dantzic Street. The main entrance, on the corner of Federation Street, is surmounted by a clock tower. There is a carriageway through the rear of the building serving a central loading yard, it has tall, wide openings off Federation Street and Dantzic Street.
