Extensions, Sunnyside Hydro, Southport

Mr Walker has prepared plans for large extensions of the Sunnyside Hydro, Southport, at the cost of between £10,000 and £12,000. The extensions will embrace Turkish and other baths of the most complete and luxurious kind, a dining room to seat 150 guests, a saloon and drawing room, and good large recreation and billiard rooms.
