A partnership formed at Liverpool about 1879 between Joseph Bromilow and Henry Arthur Cheer. By 1880 the practice also had an office in London.  The partnership was dissolved on 18 July 1882.  At the time of dissolution H A Cheers took over the construction of St Anne’s Church Bagshot.
