Wesleyan Chapel King Street Pennington Leigh

The Wesleyan chapel, in King street, erected in 1870—1871, at a cost of £11,000, is a building of stone in the Perpendicular style, from designs by Mr. C. O. Ellison, architect, of Liverpool, with a spire 150 feet high: the organ cost about £520: there are 1,000 sittings.
