In 1877 William Waddington entered into partnership with his son William Angelo Waddinton, this partnership legally ending when William Waddington died in 1891. Angelo Waddington continued the practice on his own account under the same name until 1900, when he entered into partnership with Frank Brookhouse Dunkerley (1868-1951). They practised under the style of “Waddington, Son and Dunkerley”, occasionally misquoted as “Waddington and Dunkerley” until this partnership was dissolved in January 1906 following which Angel Waddington reverted to the style "William Waddington and Son" until his death in 1907.
