Notice is hereby given, that the Partnership heretofore subsisting between us, the undersigned, JOSEPH BERNARD HOLT and WILLIAM HODGSON RATCLIFFE, carrying on business as Architects and Surveyors, at Number 17, St. Ann's-square, in the city of Manchester, under the style or firm of Holt and Ratcliffe, has -been dissolved by mutual consent as and from the fifteenth day of August, 1912.
