Union Offices. Salford Board of Guardians (Architectural Competition)

SALFORD - The plans of Messrs Topham and Adshead and Mr Thomas J. Bushell, both of Manchester, have been placed first and second respectively by the assessor, Mr. Paul Ogden, of that city, in connection with the competitive designs submitted to the Salford Board of Guardians for the reconstruction of the union offices.
