THE EDWARDS" TERRA-COTTA COMPETITION. DETACHED VILLA PREMIATED DESIGN – This clever well-conceived design has been placed first by Mr. Waterhouse for the premium of £25 for the design showing the best exterior treatment of a detached villa in terra-cotta to cost £2,000. It is one of the most satisfactory responses in the competition in kind, but we should have liked to see a key plan and view of another front.
