TO BUILDERS AND OTHERS. Persons desirous of CONTRACTING for all or any portion the several WORKS required in the erection of Ten Villas, proposed to be built in Victoria Park may see the plans and specifications thereof at the office of Mr. RICHARD LANE, Architect, St Ann’s Street, Manchester. Sealed tenders addressed Mr. EVERETT, Secretary, to be left at the Victoria Park Company's Offices in Brown-street, on or before Monday the 17th day of September next.
