.. It will provide eighteen tables arranged in a double row down the room, which will be 118 feet long by 46 feet 6 inches wide. The frontage of the building will be built of red glazed brick and green tiles. Over the entrance there will be a lead cupola. The roof will also be dome-shaped. Land held leasehold, 999 years from 1908. Opened 1910 Closed 1966 when it was turned into a ballroom. It was later a nightclub before conversion into a restaurant. The building is existent (2015) although the façade has been considerably altered, such as to have destroyed its original identity.
