TO BUILDERS AND OTHERS - Person, desirous of tendering for the whole of the works required in the erection of the above-named SCHOOLS, in Greek Street, and for which Messrs Cheers and Smith, of Blackburn and London are the architects, are requested to send in their names together with a deposit of £3 3s, which will be returned on receipt of a bona-fide tender to the undersigned not later than 16 March 1908, after which date bills of quantities will be supplied, and the drawings and the conditions of contract may be inspected. No tender will be accepted unless the firm tendering pays the trade union rate of wages and observes the trade union number of hours as are usually paid and observed in the district where the goods are made or produced.
