School Chelford Road Over Peover Cheshire (120 places)

OVER PEOVER, CHESHIRE -Since the  Board of Education have made an order to close the Old School at Over Peover, the governors are making arrangements to erect a new school. A site has been obtained at the corner of the Chelford Road, and after holding a competition of architects for designs, the governors have selected the design sent in by Herbert H. Brown, architect, 20, Brazennose Street, Manchester, who is pushing on with the work as quickly as possible. Accommodation will be provided for 120 scholars at present, with the schoolroom formed of two of the classrooms opening into each other. [Building News 26 July 1912 page 131]
