Mr C Hartley, Stockport, is preparing plans for the proposed reconstruction of the Rivoli Palais de Danse, Oxford Road, Manchester, into a cinema, as announced in our issue for April 12. Accommodation will be provided for 1,800 people. [Builder 3 May 1929 page 837]
Opened Saturday 24th August 1929. Closed 1960. Now part of Manchester University School of Music.
