Residence and Lodge, Hartwell Estate, Barlaston, Staffordshire

BURLASTON — For the different trades in the erection and completion of a residence and entrance lodge upon the Hartwell Estate, Burlaston, Staffordshire. Parties desirous to tender can inspect the drawings, specification, with conditions of contract, at the office of Mr Stevens, architect, 18, Cooper-street, Manchester; at the office of Mr. J. S. Forbes, Cheapside, Hanley; from the 30th instant to February 3, inclusive, between the hours of ten and four, upon which date the tenders must be left at either of the above offices not later than four p.m. The quantities of each trade have been taken out and can be had on application.
