PRESTON INSTITUTION FOR THE DIFFUSION OF KNOWLEDGE - TO BUILDERS - Persons desirous of contracting for the various departments of Work required in the erection of a Building for the purpose of the Institution for the Diffusion of Knowledge, near to Avenham Walk, Preston, comprising Reading Rooms and Library, Classrooms, Exhibition Room. Museum and Theatre, with the necessary Offices, may inspect the Plans and Specifications and receive every requisite information on application at No. 43 Fishergate from Monday the 31st Instant to the 14th proximo inclusive (Sunday excepted). The tenders to be delivered in, sealed, addressed to the Building Committee on or before the latter day and endorsed "Tender for Work" each in its separate department.
