New Wing Clifton Arms Hotel Blackpool

CLIFTON ARMS and PIER HOTEL COMPANY LIMITED - To BUILDERS and CONTRACTORS - The Directors are prepared to receive TENDERS for TAKING DOWN a portion of the existing hotel and the Spirit Vaults In Market Street, and for the ERECTION of a NEW WING of the said Hotel, comprising about 40 bedrooms and a billiard room, with lock-up shops, &c., upon the ground floor, according to the drawings and specifications, which may be seen and bills of quantities obtained at the offices of Messrs. Clegg and Knowles, Architects, Blackpool, from 3rd to 8th December, and at their offices, 40, Brown Street, Manchester, from 9th to 15th December proximo.
