Municipal Buildings: Market Hall Armoury and Public Hall. Conway

At the Conway Council Meeting on the 3rd instant, the surveyor (Mr Farrington) submitted plans for converting the old Market Hall into new municipal buildings, with a market hall, public hall, and armoury for the volunteers. He explained that the council had a loan of £2,500 sanctioned for the work. [Building News 13 March 1897 page 257]
