The Directors of the Morecambe Baths, Winter Gardens, and Aquarium Company Limited invite tenders for loans on security of debenture to constitute a first charge on the whole of the Company’s freehold property, consisting of 5,025 squared yards of land, and the baths, winter gardens, restaurant and aquarium erected or proposed to be erected and formed thereon, situate at Morecambe in the county of Lancaster. The land has been purchased from the Midland Railway Company at a first cost of £10,080, and the buildings are estimated to cost not less than £25,000 of which about £10,000 has already been expended. The baths are already complete and open to the public. The amount to be borrowed will not exceed £15,000 and will be divided into debentures of £100 each, redeemable at the end of seven years. …. Plans of the premises may be inspected and full particulars obtained on application to Messrs Waugh and Isitt, engineers and architects, 29 Tyrrell Street, Bradford.
