NEW INDEPENDENT CHAPEL AND SCHOOLS, HECKMONDWICKE - The design submitted in competition by Messrs Paull and Aytliffe has been accepted for the building, and the works will shortly be commenced under their supervision. The estimated cost of the structure is about £3,000. The chapel will accommodate 1,000 persons; and owing to the nature of the site, the school rooms will be placed underneath. The style is Italian.
