Of about 1896. Arts and Crafts with tall full width gables. Wrought iron frames set in unchamfered stone mullioned windows, big off-centred bay window with ball finials. Pevsner suggests influence of Voysey. However, the work of Edgar Wood based on Pennine vernacular springs more immediately to mind. Curiously Ledingham and Wood were elected Associates of the RIBA at the same meeting in June 1885.
