Exeter Baths and Wash-houses (Architectural Competition)

EXETER BATHS AND WASH HOUSES – About a dozen designs were submitted for this building, and we hear that the decision has been in favour of Mr R Richie, architect, of Greenwich, and Messrs James Stevens and G B Park, architects, Macclesfield.
