TO BUILDING CONTRACTORS AND HEATING ENGINEERS - The above Council are Prepared to receive Tenders for the Works required in the ERECTION of a CARNEGIE LIBRARY in Beal Lane. Crompton near Oldham. The drawings and conditions of contract may be inspected. and form of tender and bill of quantities obtained at the offices of the Mr. Horsfall, F.R.I.B.A., 4, Chapel Walks, from March 17th to April 2nd.
