Mr. Horder has a reputation for small and inexpensive country homes, of which this is an example. The cottage contains dining room, drawing-room, small sitting-hall, kitchen, etc; and on the upper floor are four bedrooms, bathroom, and linen-room. The architect estimates the fair cost at £650; it was really erected for less, but the builder lost money on the contract.
