BUSINESS PREMISES, SOUTHPORT - These new premises have been recently erected for Mr. J. Illingworth. They comprise glazed brick cellar under the front portion of shops, with a separate approach from Stanley Street, and to be used for a grill room. The two shops run the whole depth of the site and have stone cellars under the rear portion. The rooms on first and second floors. which are well lighted, may either be let off in blocks of offices, having a separate entrance from Stanley-street, or may easily be converted with one of the shops, and the uses of a restaurant. The work has been carried out from the designs and under the superintendence of Messrs. Hurst and Bolshaw, architects, Southport, by Mr. Edward Burns, contractor, of Liverpool.
