TO BUILDERS, CONTRACTORS AND OTHERS- WANTED TENDERS for the ERECTION of a BREWERY and suitable Outbuildings thereto, at Park Side, Dukinfield, near Ashton-under-Lyne. The building to be plain and substantial, and to be completed in two months from the date of the contract. Separate Tenders will be required, namely - one for excavating the cellars and completing the same with stone to the level of the street, and the other for the erection and completion of the Brewery from the level of the street. Plans and specifications may be seen from Thursday next, the 17th instant, until Monday the 21st instant, on application to my office in Stamford Street from nine in the morning to seven in the evening.
