COUNTY OF LANCASTER, HUNDRED OF SALFORD - TO CONTRACTORS - The Justices of the Peace for the County of Lancaster are prepared to RECEIVE TENDERS for the Taking Down, Enlarging, and Rebuilding BOTTOMS BRIDGE, on the Liverpool Road, in the township of Barton, and near the new Cemetery. Plans and specifications may be seen at the Bridge-master's office, 1 Princess Street, Manchester. Sealed tenders, of which forms will be supplied, are to be sent to the undersigned on or before the 3rd day or April next. The Justices do not pledge themselves to accept the lowest or any tender.
