The Fourth Architecture Club Exhibition was held at Heal’s Mansard Gallery, Tottenham Court Road in 1931 under the title of “recent British Architecture and Applied Arts”. Included in the exhibition was a photograph of “Birchwood” Wimbledon, designed in a simplified Neo-Georgian style by Paul Phipps.
House not located. Built at some time between 1927 and 1931.
