Messrs Holt and Addshead (sic), of Manchester, sent in a plan with classrooms grouped all round the central hall, the former with flat roofs, repeating the same errors as regards entrances and the central hall already alluded to, as well as showing an extremely cramped playground. In the basement two dining rooms are indicated, which would be rather inconvenient of access.
