The erection the proposed new church of All Saints', North Moor, in the parish of St. Mary's, Oldham, has been commenced. Against the estimated cost - £5,000 - the sum of £3,000 has been raised. [Manchester Guardian 2 April 1888 page 8 – Ecclesiastical Intelligence]

The committee for, erecting the proposed new church, All Saints' North Moor, Oldham are now taking steps for carrying out the scheme. A plot of land for a site has been given by a local Churchman. The church, to contain between 500 and 600 free sittings, is to cost £5,000; and an endowment fund of £2,000 is to be raised. The Rev. John Davies, curate of Oldham Parish Church, is in charge of the district. [Manchester Guardian 27 August 1888 page 6]

All Saints’ Church closed in 1987 and was sold to Oldham's Ukrainian Catholic Church of SS Peter and Paul, which had from 1963 held services in a former school on Stansfield Street.
