84 Houses, Larkfield Estate, Rochdale

TO BUILDERS AND CONTRACTORS - Persons desirous of Tendering for any of the several branches of trade required in the erection of 84 HOUSES upon the Larkfield Estate. for the Rochdale Equitable Pioneers' Society Limited, may see the Drawings and Specifications at the Society's No. 2 Board Room, Toad Lane, on and after Wednesday next. The committee propose to let the above in two lots, and contractors may tender for one or both lots separately. The proprietors will provide all Bricks, Lime, Sand, and Slates; the contractors must provide all other materials. Contractors can obtain any further information upon application to Mr. Cheetham, Julia Street, Spotland Road. Tenders, addressed to the committee, to be sent in not later than Tuesday, the 17th instant. The committee will not pledge themselves to accept the lowest tenders.
