The son of James Sellers and his wife Elizabeth Thomas W Sellers was born in Radcliffe in 1869 and was trained by his father with whom he remained as assistant. He was taken into partnership in 1901 under the style of James Sellers and Son and continued the practice following his father’s death in 1904. About 1906 he entered into partnership with James William Orrell. This partnership appears to have been dissolved by 1913.
