Thomas Henry Allen

The son of John Allen, inn-keeper and his wife Sarah, Thomas Henry Allen was born in Stockport in 1834-5 and practiced architecture there for the whole of his career. In 1863 he married Priscilla Webster at Disley. She is assumed to be the same Priscilla Webster, a servant in the household of his father, John Webster recorded in the 1851 census. Thomas Henry Allen died at his residence on 21 March 1921 and was survived by his widow. There were no children. Effects £40,465 10s. 10d.
