NEW WAREHOUSE - 2, Whitworth Street West. next Knott Mill Station - FLOORS TO BE LET, each 350 yards clear: substantial construction; exceptionally well lighted; electric goods hoist; electric light: modern heating. M'CULLOCH & ANDREW. architects, 2, Victoria Street. [Manchester Guardian 22 January 1910 page 3]

Now named Wrendal House. Island site bounded by Whitworth Streer West, Bugle Street Rowendale Street (formerly Rowe Street), and the railway viaduct. Five storeys, red brick minimal stone dressings mostly around the arched main entrance on Whitworth Street West. Flat roof. Assumed steel frame construction. The building was available for letting on a floor-by-floor basis in January 1910. By the end of April 1910 two floors remained.

M'culloch and Andrew, architects, appears to have been a short-lived partnership. The 1911 Directory lists only H C M’Culloch at 2 Victoria Street, Manchester.
