SUMMIT. - In a limited competition for the lay-out of a garden suburb at Summit for Mr A. G. C. Harvey, M.P., the scheme of Messrs S. Butterworth and Duncan. F/FRIBA, of 2A Baillie Street, Rochdale, has been accepted, and they have been instructed to prepare the designs for the houses.
