TO BUILDERS AND CONTRACTORS Parties desirous of Tendering for the erection of a Farm House and other buildings, to be erected at Aspinshaw, near Birch Vale, Derbyshire, for Henry Lees Esq.. may inspect the Plans and Specifications on and after Wednesday, June 9, copies of which are lodged with Mr Joseph Bradbury, at Aspinshaw, and at the Office of the Architect, Mr Gregory Gill, The Hollins, Stalybridge. Tenders to be sent to Messrs Henry Heap and Son, Cocker Hill, Stalybridge, on or before Saturday the 12th instant. The lowest or any tender not necessarily accepted. Stalybridge, June 3rd, 1875.
